In the event You receive a Damaged/Defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, Kindly get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Upon receiving your complaint, MyHomeCart shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will inform the relevant Seller of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, MyHomeCart reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by MyHomeCart in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Seller selling the Defective Product/Service and MyHomeCart shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

You can return a product to us if it is:

a. Faulty/Defective Product

b. Physically Damaged Product

c. The product is different from description on the website

d. Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity Received

We will arrange pick-up of the Damaged/Defective Product through our own logistics partner. In the event we are unable to do so, we will notify You regarding the same and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within one (2-3) days from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges of up to Rs 100/- will be reimbursed in such cases upon submission of original receipts Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by MyHomeCart in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return. In the event the return complaint is accepted by us, You will get a replacement of the product or will be refunded the full value of the product. Refunds will be subject to the following:For online payments (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-Banking), the refund shall be made at the same Issuing bank account.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy: Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories, books etc cannot be exchanged, returned or replaced. The list of such items includes:

b. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces, Rings and other Jewellery.

c. Fragrances & Beauty Products

d. Swimsuits, Socks, Wristbands, Mittens

e. All made to order and customized items

f. All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
