Our team here at MyHomeCart.com works day in and day out to ship each and every order that has been placed with Us. But there are some unfortunate situations where we will be unable to ship your order. Some such situations include (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Unavailability of the product with our merchant or if the product is temporarily out of stock.
- Insufficient or incomplete customer information (such as Address, Contact number, etc.)
- Constraints on the quantities of the product available for purchase.
- Identification of any problems by our Fraud Identification and Avoidance team.
- If your location is outside of our Serviceable Area range.
- Inconsistencies in the product, promotion or pricing details.
- Restraint on the number of orders that can be placed as per our Terms and Conditions.
There may be situations where we could require added information or authentication before undertaking your order. Our team shall contact you in matters where a part of your order or your entire order is being canceled from our side or if any extra added information is required for us to process your order.
If an order is canceled by us after you have made the payment, then the entire sum of money shall be refunded to you in the following way:
Back to Account: Refund of the entire amount via the original payment method you had used to make the payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-Banking). It will take 7-10 Business Days to credit the refund back to your Account/Card.
Cancellation from the customer’s end:
In case we receive your request for cancellation of the order and if the order has not been processed and shipped by us, then we will be more than willing to cancel your order and refund the entire amount to you in your Preferred Mode. You can visit ‘Orders’ in ‘My Account’ to cancel the order or call our Customer Care for assistance even you can drop a cancellation message with needed information such as Order ID, etc to our Messenger. But in the case where your order has been already processed and shipped out by our team, we will not be able to cancel it or provide you refund for the same(Kindly refer our Return Policy).
